Mr. Rajiv Podar was felicitated with Shekhawati Shiromani Award at the hands of H.E. Haribahu Badge, Honourable Governor of Rajasthan at the event organised by the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Shekhawati University (PDUSU), Sikar. He was invited as an Honoured Guest at the Fifth Convocation ceremony of the University.

He dedicated this award to the hard work and dedication of every member of The Anandilal Podar Trust and Podar Enterprise. He said that this honour is not only an award but an inspiration to continue to strive for excellence and benefit the society. 

Mr. Podar also received the blessings of Shree Shree 1008 Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailash Giriji Maharaj and Shree Shree 108 Om Dasji Maharaj.
