Mr. Rajiv Podar and Ms. Vedica Podar met Hon. Ros Bates MP RN Minister of Finance, Trade, Employment and Training Queensland Government at a dinner hosted by Mr. Paul Murphy Honourable Consul General, Government of Australia in Mumbai at his residence.

Queensland has over 100,000 Indians and accounts for major portion of exports to India from Australia. The Government of Queensland is fully committed to engage with India and has a special India Engagement Strategy. The Hon. Minister’s visit immediately post becoming a minister confirms the interest of the Government of Queensland for enhancing investments and trade between the two countries.
