Mr. Rajiv Podar along with Mr. Richard Northcote (Chief Sustainability Office, Covestro AG), Mr. Lakshmanan (Head – Sustainability, Covestro) and Mr. Stephan Augustin (The Inventor) introduced the cost effective and environment friendly WaterCone solution to Sh. Subhash Desai, Hon. Minister of Industries, Govt. of Maharashtra. 
WaterCone is a patented design and is manufactured using Covestro’s polymers to distil pure water using solar energy. It is meant to be very low cost, individual household solution for drinking water problems in remote villages.
