India is staring at a deepening water crisis with few steps being taken to ameliorate this bleak situation. UNESCO’s report published ahead of World Water Day (22nd March 2018) predicts an intensified water crisis across the nation by 2050, with many parts of central India battling a withdrawal of 40 percent of the renewable surface water resources.

Covestro India in partnership with Podar Enterprise, proposes (polycarbonate-based) Water-Cones Solution to support Government of India in its “Mission Drinking Water”. In response to the dire need of availing access to safe drinking water to the people, our solution will work as an immediate help, which is the primary intent of this project.
