On 18th May 2007, Mr. Podar visited Samoa. He was received by the Honorable Minister of Agriculture HE Mr. TAUA Kitiona Seuala, Dy. Speaker of Parliament HE Mr. LAAULI Leuatea Polataivao and Minister of Revenue (Customs & Tax) HE Mr.TUU’U Anasi’i Leota.
During his visit he met the Honorable Prime Minister HE TUILAEPA Sailele Malielegaoi
and Finance Minister HE Mr. Niko Lee Hang apart from the Central Bank Governer Mr. Leasi Papali’i T. Scanlan and several Government Officials.
Business opportunities in Power Sector, Furniture Making and Export of Rice etc were discussed.
